1. Order online.

Find the products of interest on the website, click "add to cart" button and fill out the online order form. We will contact you as soon as we get the order details from you.

2. Order by fax.

Open HTML / MS Word / Rich Text Format order form, print it and fax the order to (973) 992-0827 24 hours a day. Please supply the name on your credit card, expiration date, credit card # and type of credit card (i.e., MC, Visa, AmEx or Discover)

To prevent duplication of orders, for which we cannot assume responsibility, all confirming orders should be clearly marked.  All returned shipments must have prior authorization.

Whenever possible, your order will be shipped on the same day that it is received, by the most expedient routing, insured at buyer's expense, F.O.B. Livingston, N.J.   Normally, all our orders are shipped within one hour after they are received.
Chemical reagents are shipped via the most expedient method.

Net 30 days. F.O.B. Livingston, N.J.  No minimum order charge is maintained.   All orders will be promptly honored.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

LabScientific has a free ship policy on USA orders greater than 3 line items.

Lab Scientific, Inc. warrants products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and applications. Lab Scientific's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to replace defective products.

All products are developed, designed and sold for research purposes and/or in vitro use only. Any other use requires FDA approval.

All claims under this warranty must be directed to Lab Scientific, Inc. in writing and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchaser's invoice.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular. In no case shall Lab Scientific, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Our chemicals are intended exclusively for in vitro and non-human in vivo laboratory applications. They are not for use on humans.

Product returns are accepted with prior authorization only. Please contact customer service for forwarding instructions. This will prevent delays and help to expedite processing. A restocking charge may be applied for products.
